When you enter the 32 m² ground-floor flat through the lockable double patio doors, you’ll find a bright living-dining area from which – just as from the separate bedroom – you can enjoy views of the garden and the large south-facing terrace with sun loungers and lounge furniture. Real wood parquet flooring with underfloor heating ensures a pleasant indoor climate all year round, whilst the electric fireplace creates a cosy living room atmosphere at the touch of a button, without any smoke or ash. A pull-out flat-screen TV with Netflix is on hand if you simply want to watch some series after a long day in the woods.

We ask for your understanding that dogs and other pets are not permitted here. In this way, we guarantee all guests an absolutely spotless, peaceful and allergy-friendly atmosphere close to the national park. Furthermore, we have two cats of our own who occasionally roam around the house.

You can reach us via the A92 towards Deggendorf or via the A93 Regensburg - Passau, from Deggendorf or Hengersberg turn off into the countryside, into the Bavarian Forest Nature Park, after about half an hour you will be with us, your holiday between Arber, Rachel and Lusen begins.
