Our home embodies genuine sustainability and environmentally conscious living.
For its construction, we used sustainably sourced local timber (yes, partly from Austria as well…) and rely on ecological building materials such as cellulose insulation in the timber frame, clay and wood-fibre boards beneath the plaster. These and other energy-efficient technologies help us keep our ecological footprint as small as possible.
Through these sustainable construction methods, we not only create a healthy, comfortable indoor climate, but also make an active contribution to protecting the environment. In this way, we offer you a home that combines the highest level of comfort with responsible, future-oriented living.

In almost every room of our house you will find a wall made of clay – a natural building material that is valued not only for its aesthetic beauty, but above all for its numerous health and environmental benefits.
Clay naturally regulates humidity, creates a pleasant and balanced indoor climate, and filters pollutants from the air. This ensures a healthy living environment, which is ideal for allergy sufferers. Furthermore, clay stores heat in winter and keeps rooms pleasantly cool in summer, contributing to sustainable and energy-efficient living.

PV system with battery storage
Our photovoltaic system with integrated electricity storage is a central component of our sustainable energy concept.
It generates environmentally friendly electricity from sunlight and makes us largely independent of external energy sources.
The modern energy storage system ensures that the generated energy is stored efficiently and can be used even during periods of low sunlight or at night. This guarantees a reliable and resource-conserving energy supply that not only protects the environment but also reduces operating costs. We offer you a future-proof home that combines comfort with state-of-the-art technology.
100% electricity generated from renewable energy sources
When the sun isn’t shining, we use 100% green electricity from the grid – sourced exclusively from renewable energy. This guarantees a consistently sustainable supply, even when our photovoltaic system and battery storage temporarily do not provide enough power. As a result, your stay with us remains both comfortable and environmentally friendly, around the clock and in every season.
Charge your electric car
We offer a convenient and modern charging option right on site. The charging station allows you to easily and safely charge your electric car during your stay. This way, you can enjoy your holiday worry-free while traveling in an environmentally conscious way. Sustainable mobility is therefore well taken care of here as well. Incidentally, if our photovoltaic system isn't generating any electricity, we draw 100% of our electricity from the grid, which is generated from renewable energy sources.
